Subindra Bogati is the Executive Director of the NPI. He provides strategic leadership, guides organizational development, and ensures the effective implementation and impact of NPI’s programs and operations across Nepal.
With over than18 years of experience in the design and management of peacebuilding, development, and humanitarian initiatives, Mr. Bogati has played a pivotal role in influencing policy and practice in Nepal’s post-conflict and transitional contexts. His areas of expertise include conflict transformation, civil society engagement, good governance, and participatorty research. He is a prolific contributor to national and international discourse through numerous publications and policy papers on peacebuilding, transitional justice and humanitarian response. Mr. Bogati holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from London Metropolitan University. He was awarded a prestigious Chevening Fellowship in 2009, during which he studied democracy, rule of law, and security at the University of Birmingham.
