Ms. Ankita Singh Rathour is a dedicated human rights professional, passionate advocate for women’s rights, and an experienced educator in female health. She has built an extensive network across government, nonprofit, and community levels, positioning her as a key player in advancing human rights and social justice initiatives.

With over 15 years of experience in the development sector, Ms. Rathour has successfully led a range of donor-funded projects in areas such as:

  • Human rights and gender-based violence
  • Community security and peacebuilding
  • Sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR)
  • Governance and policy advocacy

As a dynamic project manager, she excels in stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and strategic planning. Her flexible approach to project implementation ensures effective team performance while maintaining alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.

Ms. Rathour holds a Master’s degree in Conflict, Peace, and Development Studies as well as a Master’s degree in Sociology, equipping her with interdisciplinary insights crucial for her work in peacebuilding and social transformation.
